Return Policy

You have the right to request a refund and return the products strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving your order.

In this case, you are responsible for:

The transportation costs of the products,
Insurance costs,
Any refund fees.

It is a prerequisite to have first contacted our online store at info@nudaveritas.gr or by calling (+30) 210-8956352within the above-mentioned period.

Refunds are processed in the same way the payment was made. If you paid by card, the refund will be issued to your card. If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be processed back to your bank account.

Refunds take up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products by the company and the completion of the quality control. The account holder must be the customer whose name appears on the order.

Products and packaging must:

Be in excellent condition,
Not have been used, worn, or altered from their original state.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if, during quality control, it is determined that the products have been damaged or worn. In such cases, the items will be returned to you at your expense.

Nuda Veritas assumes no responsibility for loss during shipment or any associated costs.

Necessary Conditions for Return/Exchange Requests:

The product must be in its original, excellent condition, intact, and unused, within the packaging.
The product must have been received, inspected, and approved by the company.
The product must be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.
Items already exchanged cannot be exchanged further.

Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted:

For custom orders,
Seasonal items are only exchangeable for similar items; refunds are not offered.
